Evaluations: Process Cycle-

RTW- A successful investment firm that had dealings and relations with China, but were looking to solidify their mark in the pharmaceutical industry in the US. RTW was in need of organization, outreach, and crafting their proper message- offering gene therapies and developmental support, looking to create a partnership and merger, which would put them in an advantageous media space. RTW needed to understand, research and document multi-billion-dollar pharmaceutical companies, constantly evolving partner organizations including: organizational structure, decision-makers, business lines, re-align corporate priorities, and liaison with other companies to collaborate and find strategic partnerships and sponsors to achieve desired milestones.

ROARING THUNDER MEDIA- A small media company that created a private magazine, exclusively available in private jet terminals. Roaring Thunder Media was in need of an account director to build relationships with private jet terminals, to develop strategies to grow and expand, while ensure visibility, expansion, providing quality, cost-effective vendors, liaising with clients, promoting the expansion of business with existing clients, and generating new accounts in different states.

ALL HEALTHY STYLE- a private medical practice that sought to expand their operations by offering health and spa medical services, along with maintaining a presence in the community as a trusted physician. All Healthy Medical Style needed help developing their services, negotiating lab fees, and sourcing affordable vendors. All Healthy Style had a tight budget and needed account management including setting goals and objectives to meet quotas and expand services.

E-PHARMACY- a local pharmacy-chain company that aimed to increase their online visibility and to develop a line of products, exclusive to their brand. Eve Pharmacy needed an assessment review on quarterly and annual revenue achievement, foster, negotiate and create a new product and offer complimentary services, that would appeal to the neighborhood demographic.

KUMON- An educational franchise that needed curriculum rewriting, metrics to interpret, analyze and monitor student test and progress results, by writing goal-based programs for performance, as well as establishing a separate comprehensive curriculum for foreign students.

Improvement Stage: Engineering and Construction-

Although companies have considered common quality control and process improvement strategies, there’s still a need for more reasonable and effective methodology as all the desired standards and client satisfaction have not always been reached. There is still a need for an essential analysis that goes beyond office politics, and creates task roles, responsibility, and creates trackage metrics that can be assessed and redrafted for process improvement.

RTW-Purpose: Laison

· Specific: Driving business impact through the development and execution of an integrated partnership, and to represent the values of RTW- based on pharmaceutical offerings- prioritizing impactful US –based labs.

· Strategy: Maintain detailed knowledge of audience and portfolio of products, and effectively communicate value proposition to potential partners. Gather market feedback and provide consistent updates to product/merger to facilitate outcomes.

· Management: Project duration was set at 24-26 months, managing key financial ratios such as efficiency ratios, solvency ratios, liquidity ratios, profitability ratios, Work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with legal teams, approved partner products.

ROARING THUNDER MEDIA-Purpose: Visibility

· Specifics: To increase revenue per key account, improve cross sell ratio, up-sell new product offerings, offer exclusives through magazine routes and ads. Identify prospective customers, identify regional opportunities, and assist in visibility.

· Measurables: Sales revenue per account up by 3%, visibility in Northeast region with expansion to 5 states. Cross sell ratio up to 2.4 vs. 1.7, including up-selling ads by 12%, vendor renegotiation- saved 8% of production costs- conversions demonstrated through custom metrics.

· Strategy: Maintain detailed knowledge of target audiences including folios on regions, and portfolio of products, and effectively communicate value proposition to ad revenue streams. Gathered market feedback and provided consistent updates to keep customer and client retention and interest at peak. Contracted other workers in 5 other states to increase production and visibility, and repeat process cycle.

ALL HEALTHY STYLE- Purpose: Upstart

· Specifics: Increase patient visibility, create lab and insurance accounts, health partnerships, increase revenue per key account, up-sell new service offerings.

· Measurables: Patient acquisition from 50 per monthly roster to 180 within 2 months. Lab rates reduced per test by 3%, blood panels by 7%, CRM and Cloud software

implementation- for charts and billing- rate negotiation 3.75% from an average cost of 5.15%

· Attainable: Set metrics and tools were adapted through 2 offices, delivering on patient and client growth from 3-10% per month, request of weight-loss services grew 18% in one month

· Outcomes: Rate of retention grew, along with client churn for med spa services and physician services. Due to CRM implementation, facilitation of documenting patient charts, keeping medical mistakes at a minimum, and reducing medical errors involved in healthcare note taking, creating an efficient model for reimbursement.

E-PHARMACY- Purpose: Product Creation

· Specifics: Increase revenue, up-sell new product offerings, negotiating vendor costs, creating a custom product line.

· Measurables: Revenue per vendor account saved by 4% per order, incremental monthly benefits resulted in an extra 3%, cross sell products, bundle creation, implement a successful sales management process with management software. Establishing budget for vitamin creation and product.

· Timetables: Project duration 3 months for product creation and site, monthly reassessment of sales pipeline.

· Supply chain: Ensuring that products are delivered to pharmacy at the right time while preserving high-quality standards from the beginning to the end of the supply chain.

KUMON- Purpose: Project Improvement

· Specifics: Curriculum implantation including resigning class materials, structuring vocabulary and conversational language for international students, increasing student retention, by increasing Kumon’s visibility. Deviating from a “classroom approach”, by increasing speed and pattern recognition.

· Measurables: Process speed, word retention, reading speed, writing accuracy, word usage, creating IEPs, ESL, and SAT Programs.

· Strategy: Simulation of standardized testing, creation of homework center, metric calculations per student/group, reduction in student’s homework preparation time, reduction of parent’s oversight.
